A new Suite available now...

 Hello Stampers


We have a new suite available to all crafters now which I have been having a little play with.  It is called the "Fitting Florets" Suite and of which some of the Suite will be carrying on in the new upcoming Mini Catalogue starting in January 2023.  From 1 November till 4 January 2023 you will be able to purchase all the Suite components while stocks last.  Check it all out here.  The components that will not be available after 4 January are:-

  • Today I made 2 cards for a couple of friend's birthdays and used both colours for the oval frames. This first one with a Balmy Blue oval frame and Basic White Oval inside




And this second one with the opposite colours...




The Set also has matching dies which cut out some of the flower bunches from the matching Designer Series Paper.  Some flowers I did fussy cut out as well.

What's happening in November.....

 Hello Stampers

I am soooo excited to share with you all today my swaps and little table gifts that I made to share at our Stampin' Up! ®  OnStage Event on Saturday.  This is the first In-Person Event back after the COVID break and we are all gathering in Sydney, Perth and Auckland here in the South Pacific.  I will be at the Sydney Gathering with all my fellow Demonstrators so I will now show you all too.

I used the "Five-at-a time" Technique and made 30+ Christmas Cards to share.  I started with an A4 piece of basic White Cardstock and stamped the large leaves from the "Decorated with Happiness" Stamp Set.  This is a two-step stamp and then filled in some gaps with the smaller leaf stamp


 

I then used my Paper Trimmer to cut down the middle of the line of leaves.  On the right hand side I cut 2 x pieces 14.2 cm x 10 cm.
On the left hand side I cut 3 x pieces 9 cm x 10 cm. This giving me 5 different pieces to add to my cardbases.  I ended up with these:-



I get a bit bored if I have to make multiple cards the same design so this broke up the monotony and were quite a variety of different designs.  I hope my recipients all like them 😉😁

Next I made a few little table gifts for when we break off and learn new techniques and see and play with new upcoming products 👏👏  Thanks to Julie Di Matteo aka The Paper Pixie for sharing her video on how to make these cute "Bow Tie Candy Wraps"   Mine either have a Ferrero Roche or a Lindt Chocolate in them.

Stampin' Up! Kits

 Hello Stampers


There is a new Kit available called the "Birthday Card Organizer" Kit and it has everything you need to keep track of your Family and Friend's Birthdays.  Mine arrived at my front door today and I have already made 3 cards using the kit and am loving the designs.





The actual Organizer measures 22cm x 25.5cm(8 3/4" x 10") including the spiral bind, so is quite large with ample room in each month's pocket to keep a few cards ready for that month.





You will find it in the "Kits" Section of the Menu in my shop here.

It would be a great Christmas gift even for the non crafter.  It is so easy to use.

Celebrating World Card Making Day 2022

 Hello Stampers

It is now October and only  75 Days.........


I hope you have all started on your Christmas Cards for 2022.

   WORLD CARD MAKING DAY 2022

The actual World Card Making Day is always celebrated on the first Saturday in October but I was in Sydney at that time celebrating my Niece's wedding



So, instead, we all celebrated on the 8th October.  What a fabulous time we had too.  I made 12 different Projects as a Card Buffet and all the ladies chose their favourites and crafted at their own pace laughing and snacking on chocolates along the way 😆😆
