Next Retired Set "Forever Fern"

 Hello Stampers

Sorry there has been a little delay in getting to my next retired stamp set but I had a couple of Classes I had to get completed last weekend.

Now back to the list of retired stamp sets.  Only a few days left till this current catalogue is done and dusted. So grab your last minute bargains before there is a price rise on a lot of the items in the next Annual Catalogue.  Just a little heads up 😉

My next Retired Set is the " Forever Ferns" Stamp Set + "Forever Flourishing" Dies.  This set is great for a lot of occasions but I have used it here for a "Thank You" Card.  I always like to keep a stash of Thank You Cards on hand.

Here I used Soft Sea Foam card base and masked the middle of the card with Stampin' Up! masking paper, stamped a few of the various leaves in Mossy Meadow, Garden Green and Old Olive.  I then removed the masking tape and instead of just throwing it away I added it to the back flap of my envelope.

I also stamped a few various leaves separate on Soft Sea Foam card and using matching dies cut them out with the Cut & Emboss Machine.  I added them to the front with glue dots and added a Linen Thread bow to finish off.

I did use another stamp set called "Go To Greetings" which is carrying over into the new 2023-2024 Annual Catalogue.  Yay!!  I am very happy about this as I love all the fonts in this set.

The next set I will feature will be "Amazing Silhouettes" with matching "Amazing Thanks" Dies.  Keep watching 😊

Happy Stamping

Next is "Blessings of Home"

Hello Stampers

The "Blessings of Home" Stamp Set and matching "Flowers of Home" Dies are next in line.  I didn't really use this set very much but now find it is perfect for a Wedding Card for a close friend who got married recently.  I  have used one of the new 2023-2025 In Colors - Moody Mauve - as this is pretty close to the colour of the Bride's Dress.  Along with nice crisp and clean Basic White and I have a simple but elegant Wedding Card and the words are just perfect too, I think.

Here is the finished card...

I added some "Adhesive Sheet" to Basic White Cardstock and then run the floral dies through the Cut & Emboss Machine which makes it so much easier to adhere to the front of the card.  No glue mess.

The Congratulations is from the "Charming Sentiments" Stamp Set and matching dies which are both carrying over to the new Annual Catalogue 👏👏  Hooray!  I use this set quite a lot.

I used the large Flower Bouquet Stamp from the Stamp Set for the back of the envelope.  Something just a little different.

I did enjoy playing with this set one more time before it retires.

Happy Stamping

Next in Line for Retiring

Hello Stampers

The next Stamp Set I pick off the top of my Retiring Pile is "Painted Poppies" with its matching Dies - "Painted Labels" Dies

This Stamp Set has no words or sentiments at all so I went to one of my new Sets I have ordered from the new upcoming 2023 - 2024 Annual Catalogue 😉  Just a little sneak peek for you as I can't show you anymore just yet....one of the perks of being a Demonstrator 😁💓

Here is the finished card...

This technique is called Double-Time Stamping and there is also Triple-Time Stamping.
The white circle above is loosely adhered to the background Basic White Card and the Poppies Stamp is stamped over the top of both layers.
You then remove the white circle and attach it to the red circle behind which is just a tad larger.

The red and white circles are then adhered back to the white background piece with Stampin' Dimensionals,  lining up the images to match.

This Bundle/set is in the Last Chance List and is marked down considerably.  Grab it now before it is gone. Jump over to my website here to shop anytime.

Next one on the top of my pile will be "Blessings of Home"  Coming soon!!

Happy Stamping

More on my Retiring Pile

Hello Stampers

My retiring pile is slowly getting smaller.  There are so many!!!

This next card is using the "Watercolor Shapes" Stamp Set and because this set has no words at all in it I teamed it with "Celebrating You" which has every sentiment you could probably want for your card making projects 😁

Here is the finished card....You can never have too many "Thank You" cards 😉

Here is what I used....

Fresh Freesia is a lovely colour and will be returning from the 2021-2023 In Colors into the "Subtles"  Collection.  It is a nice soft and feminine colour.

The background Designer Series Paper is a sneak peek of something exciting coming in the new Annual Catalogue....

Retiring Pile getting smaller

Hello Stampers

I have included 3 more stamp sets in this next card - 'Stacked Stone', "Dragonfly Garden" and "Inspired Thoughts"

I have made this card for a very special friend..shhhh don't tell her 😯😉 It will be a surprise when she finds it in her letterbox soon.

Here is the finished card...

Here are the 3 stamp sets I used.....

The "Stacked Stone" single large stamp looks like an old brick wall, so I teamed it with the "Dragonfly Garden" Stamp and it comes with the matching Dragonfly punch.  I used Soft Suede and Daffodil Delight colours which are both staying 👏

I used the "Inspired Thoughts" Stamp Set inside the card..

Happy Stamping everyone 😃😃

Next Set on the Retiring Pile

 Hello Stampers

The next Stamp Set I find on the top of my Retiring Pile is the "Happiness Abounds" Stamp Set and the matching "Blossoming Happiness" Dies. This is a pretty florally set and I have used it many times for my "Girly" Birthday Cards.

Here is my finished card...

Here I played with colouring watercolour paper and then stamping the flowers on to the paper once dried.  The colour is Sweet Sorbet

The background pink card is "Blushing Bride". One of the retiring colours as well.  The main cardbase is Smoky Slate.  This one is staying.

I used a few of the dies from this set for backgrounds and borders as well as the 2 flowers and leaves.  The little tiny hearts that pop out of the background die are too cute to throw away so I popped a few of them on the front of the envelope.

I will miss this one too but there are some lovely new Flowery stamp sets coming in the next Annual Catalogue.

The greeting is white embossed on black card and "fussy cut" out.  This always looks rather elegant I think 😁
