September is whizzing by!!!!

Hi Stampers

Boy time is just flying past for me this month.  It is already the 17th and that means just 13 more days of September left and for my "September Competition"  I now have quite a few entries in the draw to win these fun prizes so if you would like to be in the running just check out how in my previous post and good luck :)

I have had a few requests lately for "dress" cards and "cupcake" cards so today was my day of creating and this is what I came up with...

I did get a lot of inspiration from Pinterest - my favourite place of all time :) and just added a little bit of me to each card as well.

The first one is my Wedding Dress card based on an original by Kate Benade from the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.  Thanks Kate :)

This is using the retired "All Dressed Up" stamp set and matching framelits. I just love this set and will never part with it :)  I added an extra bit of embellishment to the envelope flap.  The Designer Series Paper is also retired so when my stash is finished there is no more :(

This next one I call my "Party Dress" card....

Here I used the retired Vanilla Flower Trim and sponged it with real red to match the dress top, finishing off with pearls at the neck and on the waistline.  This would be a great birthday card for the Teenage Girl in your family.

This next one is just a Happy and Bright Birthday card for that certain lady...

The little flowers and leaves are from the "Create a Cupcake" Stamp set which is also retired.  They sort of match the Designer Series Paper.  So don't be limited to the stamps in one set,  you can use many others from your collection as well to add that little bit extra.

I also made a few Cupcake gift cards....

These were made using the "Create a Cupcake" Stamp Set and the matching punch.  Add a few embellishments and they are done.  Super easy.  If you have any questions about them just leave a comment or send me a quick email and I will add more detail in my next Blog  :)

Happy creating
Janette
