Featuring the Adventure Bound Designer Series Paper Stack

Hello Stampers

I am really enjoying the Adventure Bound Designer Series Paper (DSP) Stack, especially for male cards. I made this card for my Son in February. The collection in this DSP has all sorts of "nature" type themes as well as knitting and brick walls etc. I have also accompanied this with the words from the "Hello You" Thinlits Dies and the "Big News" Stamp Set.

A few more using this same set of DSP...

This one above is just so versatile for so many different occasions.  Here I have sponged a little Daffodil Delight in the top left hand corner and down through the branches a little to look like the sun is peeking through early in the morning.  The greeting is added with Versamark and white embossing powder and is from the "Amazing Birthday" Stamp Set. I think this card can be for either male or female.

So pop on over to my store and pick up one of these Adventure Bound Designer Series Paper Stacks # 137780 for just $11.95.  There is also a Bundle including the "Adventure Awaits" Photopolymer Stamp Set for $48.25 which is a 15% saving.

Also pick up some more Sale-a-Bration freebies if your order is $90.00.  Only 13 more days to grab those Sale-a-Bration bargains.  A few more items have been added to the Sale-a-Bration list of goodies too so check them all out at my online shop here and even more here

Featuring the Painted Blooms Designer Series Paper

Hi there Stampers

I have been looking at the "Painted Blooms" Designer Series Paper (DSP) that is on Page 19 of the Occasions Catalogue and thought I would make a couple of cards using it.  Oh!! it is oh so easy and the end result is a simple to make, but elegant looking card.  This gorgeous paper is only available till the end of March so be sure to pick some up for yourself, especially for Mother's Day  coming up here in Australia on the second Sunday in May....  It would be perfect for those special MD cards :)

Here is my first one that I sent to a good friend whose birthday was in February...

Here I just used a section of one of the designs that had a blank space at the top to add my greeting.  Placed it on a background of a gold foil sheet and added a couple of rhinestones, stamped my greeting from the Butterfly Basics Stamp Set and walah!!! a finished card in just a couple of minutes.  I also lined the envelope using the Envelope Liners Framelits Die with another of the designs in this pack to give it that extra special look.

This card is using the same sheet from this pack and I popped the greeting up with dimensionals with a heart punched from the same designer series paper. I also popped the DSP up with dimensionals on the Whisper White card base.  How easy is that????

Extra free goodies for Sale-a-Bration.....

Hi there Stampers

Yes there are 4 more new items added to the Sale-a-Bration bunch of goodies that you can get free till the end of March.  Check them out here.....

Sale-A-Bration

One is the new "Sheer Perfection" Designer Vellum Stack. 24 sheets of super exciting designs.  I have had a play with this stack and used one of the designs for a wedding card for a good friend's son who is getting married at the end of this month.  I love the crisp black and grey and white which matches the Groom's suit and the Bride's wedding dress.  I do love Pinterest for starting my creative juices going.  I did get inspiration from a design by Heather Van Looy in Georgia and just tweaked it a little by adding some of this gorgeous vellum.

The "Mr & Mrs" is from the "Label Love" stamp set that is in the Weekly Deals this week as well as the matching punch. Quickly pop on over to my store to check these great weekly deals out.

I also used the frame from the "Chalk Talk" Stamp Set. Can you see the little dotty vellum as the background?  It just gives it that little bit of "pop"!

I also added an extra "wedding" touch to the envelope with some embossing.  Here is a quick video on how to emboss your envelope flaps.

Happy Stamping Everyone
