Hey Stampers I am off to the Annual South Pacific Stampin' Up! Convention here in Brisbane today. The weather is a little gloomy to welcome all our fellow stampers from New Zealand and Australia but my inward excitement makes up for it :)
I will have some highlights to share with you all on my return but in the meantime I thought I would share my make-and-takes for the month of May in my Stamp Club.........
The first one is still quite simple but had lots of elements to put together. In this card I have used Marina Mist and Pink Pirouette cardstock which are colours that are remaining in the Subtles range in the next 2013/2014 Catalogue
The second card is simple but still very effective. I love the Mixed Bunch Stamp Set it is so versatile.
The third make-and-take is a Treat Pouch made using the Natural Composition Specialty Designer Series Paper which is also carrying over into the new catalogue.
I hope my Stamp Club ladies had lots of fun putting these together :)
Happy Stamping and more excitement after Convention

Sneak Peek
Stamp Club Make-and-Takes for May nearly all done. Just a few little details to finish off and they will be in the mail to the lucky participants.
Above is a sneak peek of one of the projects featuring the Natural Composition Specialty Designer Series Paper. I am really loving this pack right now. It is a little thicker than other DSPs so great for making boxes and Treat Pouches. I will post pictures of the full Projects after they have all been posted. Here Gumball Green and Midnight Muse have been featured.
Mother's day tomorrow here in Australia and I will be doing the 8km Mother's Day Classic Walk raising funds for Breast Cancer Research with my beautiful daughter. We have been doing this together for the last 4 years so it will be a very special day for us both :)
I will also get to see my gorgeous little Grandson, Tyler, and give a big hug to his Mum for Mother's Day too. I have made her a special Mother's Day card too shown below. I hope all the Mum's out there are deservedly spoilt on their special day.

March Birthdays
Hello Stampers,
The South Pacific ( Australia and New Zealand ) Stampin' Up! Convention is coming up soon in May so I have been busy starting my swaps and also doing a couple of my "Roomie" Gifts. The Convention this year is in my home town of Brisbane but I am still staying in close to where all the action is so I don't miss out on anything :) I love Convention so simply can't wait till this years'. I can't show you any of these yet as they are a secret!! I will have lots of pics to share after Convention.
I still have to keep up to date with my family and friends' birthday cards so I thought I would share a couple of my March ones with you now.
I found inspiration for this one from Pinterest - great source of Stampin' Up! creations on this site. I am loving it. It is a card by Virginia Kilmore and Desiree Spenst. I have just adapted the embellishments for me. This is a card for my sister's birthday and I used the Naturals White cardstock on Page 160 of the Annual Catalogue. This has a slight fleck through it which gives it a bit more character. I also used up some of my old retired DSPs both on the card and on the envelope flap.

This card is using the new Designer Builder Brads in the Seasonal Catalogue on Page 12 and I cut a small Itty Bitty Punch Pack circle from the Comfort Cafe Designer Series Paper for the centre of the Brad. The flower is using Daydream Medallions Stamp Set and the Floral Frames Framelits. The colours are Midnight Muse and Whisper White. The greeting is from the retired stamp set "A Word for You". This card is for a good friend and neighbour's birthday next week. I hope she likes it.
Happy creating and TFL
