Batman Card

Hello Stampers

My gorgeous Grandson is turning 3 very soon and his Mum is making a Batman Cake......so.....Grandma just has to make a Batman Card 😊😊😊

I did a bit of research on Pinterest and YouTube but nowhere could I find a detailed description on how the Batman Logo was made and which punches, etc were used.

So off I went to my craft room to design one myself and thought I would share with you all how I did it 😀

Firstly here is the finished product and I hope it does look like a Batman symbol??

It is hard to see in this pic but I used Daffodil Delight and Basic Black cardstock and the retired Little Numbers for the "3s"  I am just so glad I have kept these and they will not be leaving my craftroom ever!!!

So I cut out 2 oval dies from the "Layering Ovals" Die Set.  One in Daffodil Delight and one in the Basic Black as the sizes shown.

To make the Daffodil Delight Batman symbol I used one of the small dies in the "Bouquet Bunch" Framelits Set - circled below in yellow. I did have to trim the bottom a little to get just the right shape.  I then punched his head with the "Classic Label" Punch.

I, also, had to sign the back of the card accordingly and so used the perfect stamp from the "Crafting Forever" Stamp Set - "Made with Love".  Sadly this set has retired also 😢

The greeting on the front of the card is from the "Itty Bitty Birthdays" Stamp Set

I am quite happy with the end result and I just hope Oliver loves it just as much as I do 😁😁

Hope these instructions help you make your Batman Card too.

Happy Stamping
Janette
