November Update

Hello Stampers


What!!!!!  It is November already!!!  I am sure the older you get the faster time whizzes by 😁😁😁  Yes it is just 36 days till Christmas.....

I have had 2 Grandchildren's Birthdays in November.  My eldest, Tyler,  just turned 10 and I made an Accordion type card for him (thanks to "Stamping Jill" who was my inspriation.  Thanks Jill.  I just adapted the design as I did not have the Stitched Rectangle Dies at the time and did some measuring and cutting😉..........





He absolutely loved it!!!!

This card uses the Retired "Approaching Perfection" Stamp Set for the 10 Candles on the front and the Retired "Dinoroar" Designer Series Paper. I have also the used the large letters from the retired "Number of Years" Bundle  The Denim Ribbon is from the new upcoming Jan-June Mini catalogue so watch for this in your new Catalogue coming soon. The sentiment inside the card is from the "A Grand Kid" Stamp Set on page 54 of the current Annual Catalogue. 


Then my Granddaughter, Peri,  turned 7.......





Peri designed her Family Birthday Party invitation in the shape of a Star so I went with that theme and made a Shaker Card for her 💕

Here I used the retired "Follow Your Art" Designer Series Paper and the retired "Number of Years" Stamp Set and Number dies. I cut the large star using the "Stitched Stars" Dies and little hearts and stars in the shaker.

Welcome to October!!

Hello Stampers


I hope you all managed to do some crafting on World Card Making Day last Saturday.  I had a wonderful day with 16 fun-loving, crafty ladies at a local venue - The Malt, Shovel Taphouse -  near me and they really do look after us so well.

I had a Card Buffet of 15 Cards to choose from as well as random prize draws during the course of the day.  A big "Lucky Door" Prize which was won by Julie 👏👏  Congratulations Julie

Time for some Christmas Crafting!

 Hello Stampers


I am super busy getting ready for my World Card Making Day 2021 Fundraising Event on Saturday 2nd October.  So many things to think about and am loving all the creativity.  Hope you are able to come along and join in the fun if you are here in Australia and near me on the Sunshine Coast.  There are still a couple of spots still available so send me a message for more info 😀😀





I am just loving the Mini Paper Pumpkin Boxes on Page 137 of the Annual Catalogue.  We are putting one of these together and decorating it on WCMD.  They are just so versatile and I will be handing a few of these out this year to my closest Pals with some little Christmas Goodies inside 😉


Did you know that is is really easy to cover these boxes with your favourite Designer Series Paper.  In my example I have used some of the "Peaceful Prints" Free Designer Series Paper on page 8 of the Sale-a-Bration Brochure to cover my box.  You only have till September 30 to pick up some of this pretty Christmas Paper as well as the "Be Dazzling" Specialty Paper on Page 3 of the SAB Brochure.  I used this glittery gorgeous paper on the star on the front of the box.





The Matching Christmas Card is using the "Gingerbread & Peppermint" Memories & More Cards and Envelopes on Page 9 of the Mini Catalogue.  These are so great when you are in a hurry and need to make a pile of cards to send out.  They come in a pack of 20 x Cards and matching envelopes for $17.50!!!  Bargain!!!  We will be playing with these on WCMD as well 😁😁  Just check out the products below and click on them to pick up a pack or 2 for your Christmas Card Stash.  Don't forget to use my Hostess Code for September to also receive some free little goodies as a Thank You from me...Only for Australian Residents though.
