The next Retired Stamp Set on the top of my pile is "Best Day" 😸 I do still quite like this set so not sure if I will part with it yet??
I have used some retired 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper here called "Butterfly Bijou". This is no longer available but you could use any sort of background paper.
I stamped the cupcake cat on to the Designer Series Paper and cut out the cupcake case, the party hat and the balloon by hand. Then attached them to the circle stamped image.
The little "Brushed Brass Butterflies" are still current and just finished it off I thought.
Next set coming up will be "Cottage Rose"
