I have been playing with the "Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut" Specialty Paper today and you can pick this one up in your collection of 3 and get an additional free Paper Pack to add to your collection!!!

So in this pack of beautiful Laser-Cut papers there is one whole sheet of a floral design which you can use as a background for a Scrapbook Page or cut it up to use for cards.  Cut it!!!!!!??? I hear you say?  😆😆 Well yes and it will go so much further with your creations.

I started with the whole piece and cut around the flowers and leaves to get a piece that fitted just perfectly on my card front

I then coloured the flowers and leaves individually with sponge daubers using Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry, Calypso Coral, Real Red and Pear Pizazz on top of a scrap piece of Whisper White card.  This not only colours your flowers it also gives you a negative design underneath.  Pretty Cool eh?  So the negative design I will use on another card.

I also did an extra little bit of colouring to go on the envelope.  Don't forget to dress up those envelopes too folks 😀

I find the easiest method to glue these fine pieces on to your cardstock is to use the sponged glue method.  Just add a squeeze of Multipurpose Glue on to your Silicone Mat and using a small piece of sponge dip it in the glue and sponge on to the back of the flower piece.  It adheres to your work cleanly and entirely.

And here is the end result...…

My second card using the negative is just as beautiful I think..

The greeting is from the "Picture Perfect Birthday" Stamp Set and stamped in Early Espresso as I think it does not look quite as dark as the Memento Black Ink and I added some Linen Thread and a little metallic leaf from the "Leaves Trinkets" plus a couple of sequins for some bling.  I love bling 😍 This card will be going of to a favourite cousin for her birthday soon.  I hope she likes it 😉😙

Happy playing with your "Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut" Specialty Paper

Happy Stamping
Janette
