Hello again!

It has been a little while since I have posted as I had a few days in hospital for some follow up Radium treatment for Thyroid Cancer but am now back on track again and all is good :)  

I have still been able to keep up to date with my card making and that has been great therapy as well.

My Stampin' Up! Group that I belong to - the INKcredibles -  holds a regular weekend Retreat each year and sometimes twice a year.  The recent one was last weekend and by Doctor's orders, I was unable to attend this one :(  Even though I was able to leave hospital on the Wednesday I remained slightly radioactive for the week following so I had to avoid close contact with people for prolonged periods of time and not share cutlery or crockery.

The lovely ladies and friends at the retreat made me a "Get Well" card though and it really brightened my day when Maree presented it to me...

It represents all the fun things they all did on the weekend and I just love it :)

On an exciting note our Annual Stampin' Up! Convention is being held in Melbourne this year and I am not going to miss out on that one!!  It is being held from 21 May to 24 May 2014 at the Melbourne Convention Centre and this is 3 x jam-packed-full-of-fun-and-laughter days with about 300-500 Demonstrators and Guests.

So as it says "Demonstrators and Guests".  If you would love to join me in the fun and have been thinking about the benefits of becoming a demonstrator, even just as a Hobby Demonstrator now is the time to join.  Guests are also welcome to join in the fun at a higher cost though.
